Sign Purchase Agreement – If we reach a “win-win,” we’ll sign a purchase agreement to begin the process with our title company.

Inspection – We’ll arrange a more thorough inspection, often with our investors or a professional inspection company, to complete our due diligence.

Clear Title – Once we receive confirmation from the title company that the title is clear, we’ll be set for closing.

Closing – The title company will handle the property transfer and funds. At closing, we all sign the documents, and you receive your agreed-upon payment!
